When you use the request form, we process the following personal data: name, phone number, place of departure and arrival, date and time of the trip, flight number (optional) and optional messages.

3. Purpose of processing

We process the collected data solely to handle your transfer request and to communicate with you (for example, via WhatsApp).

4. Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

5. Retention period

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to carry out the transfer, but no longer than 7 years (statutory retention obligation).
